Baldwin Apple Scionwood

Baldwin Apple (Malus domestica 'Baldwin') Scionwood

Baldwin is a medium to large round apple dating back to 18th-century Massachusetts, featuring tough, red-and-green skin and crisp, creamy white flesh with a sweet-tart flavor balanced by aromatic spice notes. Renowned for its versatility, Baldwin excels both fresh and cooked, stores well for long periods, and was once a mainstay in New England orchards, especially valued for cider making and its robust nature.
