Return and Refund Policy Summary
- We accept returns and issue refunds for both defective and non-defective products.
- We will issue a refund if you receive the wrong item.
- We do not accept exchanges for items.
- Returns must be initiated within the first 90 days of sale.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 days.
Scionwood and Cuttings
Plant propagation and grafting does not have a 100% success rate so we can only guarantee plant material viability up until you receive it. Claims for mislabeled, damaged, or non-viable plant material must be submitted within 90 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 90 days after the estimated delivery date. To apply for a refund, please contact us with all the relevant details.
Once a determination has been made on a refund, we will send you an email that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All Other Merchandise

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
