Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

Plant Cuttings: We try to keep shipping prices down by using small hard-shell cardboard boxes that will hold 10-15 cuttings. Shipping costs are calculated automatically using the weight of an empty box and estimated weight of cuttings. For larger orders we will use a different box to ship in.

Dried Basketry & Decorative Willow: In order to keep our shipping prices down, we use a standard-size shipping box that we use for all shipments regardless of quantity.  It is shipped USPS ground advantage and depending on the size of the order, your order may consist of several separate boxes.

Specific shipping policies are listed below. All items shipped will have a tracking number provided to you after the product has been fulfilled and shipped. Please contact us if you have any questions before your product arrives.

General

USPS SHIPPING DELAYS:  After we ship, USPS shipments can be delayed due to weather or other issues. Please contact us if your order is significantly delayed or if there is anything wrong with your order when it arrives.

We only ship within the lower 48 states. Unfortunately we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska. We also do not ship to Canada or other countries.

Scionwood & Cuttings ship from our farm. We only ship on Mondays (or Tuesdays if Monday is a USPS holiday) to minimize the time in transit and avoid having your package spend the weekend in a USPS vehicle or facility. We only ship by USPS Priority Mail.

Dried Basketry & Decorative Willow Bundles ship from our farm. We try to ship within two business days after receiving your order. Shipments are made through USPS Ground Advantage and each box of your order will have a tracking number. We use a standard size shipping container for all of our dried willow bundle orders, so you may receive your order in multiple boxes depending on the size of the order.

If you don't receive a tracking number or something happens to your shipment, please contact us with the order number and we will research the issue.

No Combined Shipping.

We try to keep our prices low for you in every way possible, but unfortunately combining shipping on separate orders shipping to the same address has been too complicated and time consuming for us to implement. Therefore we cannot combine shipping on separate orders. Separate orders will be shipped separately.
