Red Clapp's Pear (Pyrus communis 'Red Clapp's') Scionwood
Also known as Red Clapp's Favorite or Red Kalle. It has a beautiful deep red skin, almost purple, that covers a white flesh. Similar to all our other European Pears, Red Clapp's flesh can range from a crisp sweet flavor to a soft syrupy ultra sweet pear.
This product is a dormant cutting that will generally be used for grafting onto an existing tree of the same type or onto compatible rootstock. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee grafting success. If you are new to grafting, follow the link on each product page for 'Videos on Grafting...'.
