Laxton's #1 Red Currant (Ribes rubrum 'Laxton's #1') Cutting
Laxtons #1 is one of several red currants we grow on our farm. Similar to our other red currants, we find Laxtons #1 better to eat when processed into jam or used as an ingredient in baked goods. And like all currants, Laxtons #1 is very easy to propagate from a cutting.
This product is a dormant cutting that will take root, leaf out, and grow if planted under the right conditions. Since plant propagation success rates can vary depending on climate, location, and timing there is no universal recipe for success.
