Rose Gold Pussy Willow Salix gracilistyla 'Rose Gold' is a deciduous shrub reaching a mature height of 6 to 10 feet and a width of 6 to 12 feet. It features a mounded, wide-spreading habit with light green stems and foliage tinged with pink. In late winter to early spring, it produces pinkish-grey furry catkins before the leaves emerge. It grows in full sun to partial shade and thrives in moist to wet soils. Hardy to USDA Zones 5-7, this variety is suitable for residential hedges, floral arrangements, and embankments.
