Chojuro Pear (Pyrus pyrifolia 'Chojuro') Scionwood
An asian pear that is ripe when deep brown on the outside. It will keep for a long time. Chojuro doesn't get extremely sweet but is crisp and fresh tasting... perfect for salads.
