Balfour Willow (Salix 'balfour' (S. caprea x S. lanata)) Cutting
Balfour produces a lot of fuzzy catkins late in winter and a has a luscious green leaf during the growing season. If you coppice (prune near ground) or pollard (prune 2-3 ft high) every year, it will produce a lot of fuzzy catkins in the winter and early spring that are perfect for floral arrangements.
This product is a dormant cutting that will take root, leaf out, and grow if planted under the right conditions. Since plant propagation success rates can vary depending on climate, location, and timing there is no universal recipe for success.
