Rooting Plum Tree Cuttings

Last winter, we took some plum tree cuttings that are normally propagated by grafting and tried to root them like we do with Figs, Grapes, or Mulberries. We had a very low success rate, but we did have one Methley Plum make it! If we have extra cuttings after pruning season in the future, we may just stick some in the ground to see if they'll grow into trees.
