Illinois Everbearing Mulberry (Morus hybr. 'Illinois Everbearing') Cutting
Illinois Everbearing is probably the best known cold hardy mulberry tree we have. All the green, immature mulberries for the season are formed just after bud break along at the same time as other varieties, but Illinois Everbearing mulberries ripen very gradually, one at a time, over a long period. This gives it that 'everbearing' appearance. Our Illinois Everbearing trees are very productive and have excellent flavor. They have a moderate rooting success rate so grafting can be recommended as well.
This product is a dormant cutting that will take root, leaf out, and grow if planted under the right conditions. Since plant propagation success rates can vary depending on climate, location, and timing there is no universal recipe for success. If you are new to plant propagation, follow the link on each product page for 'Videos on How to Propagate...'.
